Located at 47 Princess Street, in the heart of historic Saint John, New Brunswick, the Big Tide Brewing Company offers a relaxed, cozy space for drinking and dining, no matter what the time of day or the occasion. If you’re looking to leave behind the stress of the office for an hour, or for the perfect location for lunch with clients, we’re open at 11am, Monday through Friday,12am on Saturday (we’re closed Sunday). The quality and value of our lunchtime options served by our amiable staff are sure to send you on your way with a smile on your face. Perhaps you’d rather linger a bit, and enjoy the company of friends and friendly people? Drop by for a pint or two after work; feel free to relax and stay as long as you’d like (after all, we’re open til midnight). Take a seat at the bar and enjoy the architectural details of this beautiful building, which once housed the first Law school in New Brunswick. Or find yourself a spot next to our enclosed brew house and check out the equipment we use to make our own unique ales, stouts and bitters. You can buy them all individually by the glass, or sample a variety; just order the Big Wood Teaser. If you’d prefer something else, a wide variety of domestic beer, wine and cocktails is also available. Ready for dinner? Our menu offers a variety of delicious choices, both traditional and unexpected, which reflect our Maritime roots, and our chef’s individual style. Naturally, we’d be delighted if you decided to settle in for the evening. Who could blame you; it’s a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and many of our tables feature table-top games (pieces are available behind the bar). And once you become a regular, you’ll want to drop by for our Tuesday night Pub Stumpers competition, and to take advantage of some of our promotions, such as our Steiners and Winers Clubs. For $50.00 a year, you get your own mug (which we thoughtfully keep behind the bar for you), and discounted prices on beer and wine. In need of something outside of the everyday?
