Below the Radar is Huntsville’s first Micro-Brewhouse situated in the Historic Huntsville Times Building in the recently stablished “downtown entertainment district”. Below the Radar opened its doors on August 2012 and has been expanding its lunch and dinner menu of goodness as well as its micro-brews & drinks ever since.Below the Radar is a great place to have lunch or meet after work for socializing with friends and co-workers. BTR is known for its one of a kind variety of micro-brews, extensive wine list and liquor drinks or its wonder array of food by its own in-house Chef Bill Harden. BTR menu items include like roast beef sliders topped with cilantro-horseradish sauce. And how about some Lazy Magnolia Southern Pecan Ice Cream for dessert!
