We are a small brewery and farm shop based in South Leicestershire. Started by Jon Hutchinson in 1805 (that's just an attempt to gain some historical kudos). The brewery started in Bitteswell, then moved to Ullesthorpe in November 2005. All of our beers are brewed using the best & natural ingredients .....ya de ya - anyway, we just try and brew the best beers we can, we bottle them with love and care (and a small machine thing).
