The only royal wedding beer using barley grown locally on the Royal Farms right here in Windsor. We use a special blend of British hops called Invicta in recognition of Prince Harry’s role in creating the Invictus Games, with some great American West Coast hops and champagne yeast as a finishing touch. 330 ml bottle, from Ales By Mail. ABV is 4.5%. Clear deep golden colour, moderate to small white head. Moderate aroma of herbal and earthy hops, an initial whiff of fruit. The flavour has distinct notes of herbal and earthy English hops, some piney hints in the distinctly bitter finish.
