Glad to see Willoughby Brewing step their game up recently. This best bitter was a great choice for a quick afternoon draft while on a small bottle shop & brewery excursion. Very malty with a medium roast and firm nutty character. Mild noble hops to balance and add some nice flavor and aroma. Dark copper/light brown pour with a thick cap and heavy lacing. Hit the spot perfectly.
