Pale gold quenching cask conditioned real ale. Beautifully balanced marriage of Maris Otter pale malt and East Kent Goldings hops. An excellent session ale with a long hoppy finish.

Poured a clear, pale amber. No head, of course, but looked the part nonetheless. Not impressed with the nose. Some slight sulfur, fleshy yeast notes in there that didn't appeal. Tasted good, though. Great malt & grain flavours with well-balanced Fuggle flavour. Some apricot notes, and not terribly bitter. Mouthfeel was quite light, not cloying, and easy to consume in large quantities, methinks. And with ABV of 3.8%, just the dirnk to do this with.
