Rich Malty Auburn Bitter. A traditional Thames Valley beer, excellent flavours are notable in this strikingly malty beer. With a finish of fruit and nut on the palate. Named after the well known Haddenham walls. Meaning White Earth or mud. The walls are built in layers of local subsoil, mixed with chopped straw. Each layer is left to dry, the next layer is added, and when complete tiles are placed on the top for weather protection.
