A collaboration with our friends from Wild Weather Ales for Collabageddon 2018, this is a Champagne Brut Sour. A kettle soured wheat beer lightly hopped in the boil with Nelson Sauvin and Hallertau Blanc, fermented with Champagne yeast and Amyloglucosidase for a fruity, dry finish.
