Rich dark ale. Bracia is a beautiful dark ale which has been infused with a generous amount of dark and bitter chestnut honey, sourced from the Alpine foothills of North East Italy. It’s velvety, rich and exploding with character; dark fruit, chocolate, liquorice and hazelnuts are at the fore with the honey providing balance to this decadent offering. It finishes with a boozy warmth and is truly a beer to savour BBA BRACIA takes our iconic honey infused dark ale and adds a layer of complexity from the barrel ageing. Tobacco and dried fruit aplenty are noticeable in the boozy aroma whilst the oak complements the honey on the palate ABV 12% / 375ml bottle HOPS Magnum / Target / Pioneer / Hallertau Northern Brewer / Sorachi Ace MALTS Maris Otter / Brown / Munich / Dark Crystal / Roasted Barley / Black / Chocolate / Smoked

375 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 12%. Pitch black colour, large to moderate brown head. Boozy aroma of bourbon, oak and vanilla, hints of honey and spices. Rich mouthfeel. Smooth and medium sweet flavour, the same elements as the aroma, also lightly roasted malts, dark chocolate and fairly distinct bittering hops. Good beer, but not as good as the regular Bracia.
