Oui Oui is the second in our Vitis Series. For this version, we aged our sour blonde ale in used wine barrels along with chardonnay grapes. The resulting ale has a pleasant funk with resounding similarities to a California chardonnay wine." It’s an RS only release.

Courtesy of storminorman. The bottle pours clear gold with really no head at all. The aroma has vinegar, peach skin, a little body odor and the grape skin tannin dryness. The taste is tart with white wine like tartness, peach notes and then firm levels of vinegar and more white wine like tartness. The more I drink they more there’s just vinegar notes all over the place and little else. Too much so.
