Sampled at Beer Revolution on 2/4/2012. This sour/wild ale pours a orange amber color from the tap. No head. The aroma is cherry, tart, fruity, sour and funky. A medium bodied sour ale. The malts are fruity and sour, tart, funky with some sweetness. The hops are herbal and citrusy. Little to no carbonation. Funky, tart and sour. Nice cherry flavors, but wow is this one tart and sour. But very nicely balanced. Very very tart, have I mentioned how tart this beer is? Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean, crisp and dry. Aftertaste is tart.
