A golden color with a white head. Aroma contains some citrus, yeast, bready notes. Flavor is bit sour with some spices going on. Bready notes too. This is a nice beer more in the saison realm.

cant say i like this MORE than mischief, since i really dig that beer, but it's on par, and a different experirnce. the brett is obvious but not so overpowering you cant tell that this is a hoppy golden belgian...so lots of complexity...fruit, bitterness, funk. Smooth body and a great dry finish.

A boy without mischief is like a bowling ball without a liquid center.. . Pours a gleeming gold, great head and lacing .. .light grain, brett, fruit salad, and light herbal yeast .. . clean cut, very smooth and drinkable- a 750 wouldn't last long with most .. . very enjoyable brew! .. . You know, Marge, that Bart is a little miracle – his winning smile, his button nose, his fat little stomach, his face alight with wholesome mischief. He reminds me of me before the weight of the world crushed my spirit.

Sampled on 6/10/2011. This wild/sour ale pours a slightly hazy medium yellow gold color from a 750ml bottle. Large sized white thick foamy long lasting head with good retention and nice lacing. The aroma is fruity, yeasty, bretty and sweet, with some peaches, apricots and pineapple. There is also a touch of funk. A medium bodied wild ale. The malts are fruity, sweet and yeasty with peach and apricot. The hops are herbal and earthy. Lively carbonation. Bright, yeasty and dry. Has a nice bretty dry finish. Some additional bottle aging could make this beer very interesting. A nice clean, dry and slightly funky finish. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.
