Had as Sucré 2014. Pours translucent cinnamon with a fair parchment head. Aroma produces tart stone & citrus fruit. Flavor adds tart stone & citrus fruit, toasty malt, a wood hint. Texture wraps up with nice body and lively fizz. A sucré bois brew.

My favorite of the new varieties, ever so slightly, for the simple reason that the charred oak cuts through juuuuust a little bit of the sweetness that is very close to overprevelant in these beers. They're all great, this was fantastic.
