Een ongefilterd, niet gepasteuriseerd bier met hergisting op fles. Een zachte tarwetrippel met een mooi evenwicht tussen bitter, zuur, kruidig en zoet. Een schuimkraag als een toef crème fraîche.

Pours out in a hazy golden colour with a medium-zised firm white foam. Dryish spicy and a bit hoppy aroma of yeast, oranges, cedar and apricots. Medium-bodied with fruity and spicy notes of nectarines, oranges, mild ginger, grass and cedar. Crisp medium-bitter finish of orangey, grassy, spicy and cedary hops surrounded by round elegant spicy yeast. Another tasty brew from this brewer.

Bottled. Hazy yellow colour with some yeast floating around, mediumsized white head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is citrusfruits, wheat and miild acidicness. Also some mild notes of earth and yeast. Flavour is fruity, slightly spicy and yeasty. Finish turns quite fruity and grassy hoppy. Kind of boosted witbier or something.
