Bottle - 500mL corked and caged. 2013 Series. Batch No. 7. Muddy brown pour with a medium, foamy tan head. Aroma is big caramel, toasted malt, toffee, hints of toasted coconut and soft oak. Taste is big caramel, toffee, vanilla notes, light booze, toasted coconut, sweet malt, toasted dark bread and brown sugar. Subtle faded hops as well. Body is medium-full with a moderate, creamy carbonation and a light warmth to it. Ends with more caramel, floral hops, booze, brown sugar, toasted coconut, oak, toffee and light vanilla. Yummy!
