Can -Pours a small head that lingers a short bit. Body a dark cola. Somewhat opaque. Malt forward nose. Flavors of brown sugar and an ever so slight cinnamon to me. Little bit of charcoal in the mouthfeel. Probably a good hop character in the background as it’s not cloyingly sweet like some Scotch ales are. Now I wish I’d picked up more than a single can on my trip North.
