Available from mid January for St. Dwynwen's Day (25th January). Cwrw Santes Dwynwen / Saint Dwynwen's Ale is a 4.1% abv. deep red coloured best bitter. For colour and a full body a blend of pale ale malt, dark crystal malt and a hint of roasted barley are used. A delicate mix of Pioneer and Goldings hops are added to the brew for bittering, with the aroma taken care of by the wonderful Polish Lubelski hops.
