We started with Simpson’s Golden Promise, added a touch of smoked malt, fermented with an Irish Ale yeast, and finished off with blackstrap molasses, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and ginger. This will be a winter seasonal, and will have the spices tweaked every year.
