    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 10 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 9

Pours clear sepia with a thick and rather fine-bubbled tan head. Aroma delivers rich bourbon, woody, cherry, yeasty and roast malt notes. Sublime flavor contributes quality bourbon, cherry, woody roast malt, subtle yeast and maybe even a hint of chocolate. Texture presents good smooth body and peppy fizz. Saddle up!

Bottle pours up with a deep dark red mahogany colored body that supports a thin near white head of foam. The aroma offers up smooth bourbon barrel notes and booze as well as cherry notes and a mild sense of molasses. The taste delivers smooth supple sweet malts, bourbon and molasses like goodness blended with lesser amounts of cherry and sweet dark fruity esters. This ends smooth and balanced with plenty of blunted smooth malts and smooth barrel notes to keep it interesting. Great sipper.
