We brewed this Best Bitter to mimic British pub ales renowned for their toffee-like malt flavor, mild hop bitterness and outstanding drinkability, then we put it on nitrogen to recreate the low carbonation levels and soft, creamy texture of U.K. cask ales.

Nitro pour at the brewpub creates a crystal clear copper body that supports a creamy tight nitro gray light tan head. The mild aroma offers up sweet malts that are a tad nutty and infused with a sense of vague fruit like hops. The smooth nitro taste delivers pleasing clean malts and fresh spicy to floral hoppiness. This is all smooth and blended yet has some pop here and there. This has nice hoppy smooth and sessionable flavor. Dig it.
