Poured up on tap at Papago with reddish rutty amber body and off white head. The aroma is mildly tart and mildly fruity funk too. I also get some yeasty notes here and there as well. The taste is similar with a modest level of dry tartness and funky moldy fruitiness and really little else.

750ml bottle. Pours a reddish amber with no carbonation. :(
The aroma is earthy brett and fruits with some wood and tea-like spices.
The flavor is sweet fruits and funky brett with a little tart sourness and someastringent tea spicing. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with no carbonation.
Overall, bottles are known to be hit or miss in terms of carbonation - unfortunately this one was a miss. This is amazing when it's good. Draft version is great. Odell did a voluntary recall of bottles, but I kept my 2 becuase I liked the beer.Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8
Pours out a deep brown, light foam, only touches of lacing .. . aroma of leather, cherry, mud, and funky fruit, some light brett too .. . i really liked this brew, but a few years will really show its quality.. . I have an even better idea. I'm going to place him in an easily escapable situation involving an overly elaborate and exotic death.

man, this one's got serious potential...but it poured like tea...as close to flat as can be, which took away from it quite a bit. promising aroma and flavor...funky barnyard sour notes, quite hoppy, well blended. don't know if i'll pont up the dough for another, though. bottle conditioned 100% in this case = flat.
