A lot going on here, but never seems muddled. Opens up with a bright citrusy aroma with evident honey and prickly pear. The citrus could be hops or grapefruit or both. The flavor is a bit sweet leaning but also ever so slightly hoppy and spicy. Tropical fruitiness comes through as well. Not sure what the corn and rice impart here, but you'd likely notice if they were gone. Good, unique brew.

750ml bottle. Pours clear dark gold with a huge creamy bubbly white head that retains well and laces the glass.
The aroma is slightly tart tropical fruits, honey and wheaty malts with a little chili.
The flavor is wheaty malts, honey, vanilla and a lot of sweet tropical fruits with a hint of chili spice in the finish. The mouthfeel is fairly full bodied with smooth carbonation.
Overall, it's pretty subtle but a very well balanced complex blend. I like the malts and tropical fruits with a hint of spice. It's very easy drinking and seems more like a 4% beer rather than 9.5%
