On tap at Café Sara, Oslo. Deep amber with a fast dissipating head. Rather vinous aroma with notes of caramel and citrus peel, dried fruit and hints of yeast. Strange stuff, but still feels kind of balanced. If it hadn’t been for the carbonation I would have guessed more in the direction of fortified wine than beer.
