BREWMASTER'S ORIGINAL NOTES* Two mashes - parti-gyle with last runnings to make a small beer- 23-25 Plato, not straight line American-style not straight line British-style copper to tawny color- some elements of a "stock ale" - marris otter, biscuit, brown, c90 - honey? sugar? candi sugar? styrian goldings, glacier- more hop aroma than bitterness- malt flavors and hop flavors to balance the alcohol. oak? lay some down in oak? - small beer for the tasting room. bitter style- 1/2 bitterness, heavy hop nose- same base hops as Foggy Notion, unfiltered, kellarbier style
