Sampled at the Bistro 7th Annual Barrel Aged Festival on 11/10/2012. This wild/sour ale pours a medium yellow gold color from the tap. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is malty, funky, fruit and apricot. A medium bodied wild/sour ale. The malts are fruity, apricot, tart and funky. The hops are herbal and earthy. Good carbonation. Mildly funky, decent tartness. Crisp, clean and tart. Good apricot flavors. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly tart.
