An English-style Ordinary Bitter that was inspired by an old British brewery recipe for an Edwardian Luncheon ale. Imported English pale malt paired with a light use of crystal and brown malts round out the light hop flavors of the imported English hop varietal First Gold. A very low alcohol brew that brings to mind the term "Sessionable." Cheers!

One of the stars of the evening at Mad Fox in March. Deep gold to amber. Surprisingly toasty aroma, like the toasted rice in genmaicha tea. Same toasted grain flavor, too, wet and sweet. Very refreshing.
