on tap at the pub. fruit forward and sherry like. a little on the sweet side, though there is just enough hops to balance. an easy drinking barleywine. not too complex, but tasty.

A rather dissapointing barleywine from LC. I don't consider myself a BW conniseur, but this one was rather weak in flavor. Cloudy copper colour. Big beige head. Aroma is boozy. Slight floral notes. Taste is just bla. Not a lot of caramel, which i always look forward to. Hop presense is very little.
