Pours opaque caramel that lets through a little daylight at the very bottom and has a thick, fairly persistent light tan head. Strong aroma has notes of toasty malt, caramel, and pomme fruit. Flavor has roast malt, caramel, and fruity notes - and a noticeable alcohol bite! Texture is smooth, if a bit thin and not too fizzy. Go off the grid!
