Cask. Deep ambery brown colour with small bubbly off-white head. Aroma is fruity and floral hop along with dark dry fruits and caramel malts. Flavour is caramel malts, dark dry fruits, some hoppyness as well as some toffee.

500 ml bottle, bought at Peckham's, Glasgow. ABV is 4.3%. Copper coloured beer, moderate off-white head. Nice aroma: nutty, fruity, moderately roasted malts. The flavour is moderately malty and fruity, notes of moderately roasted malts and toffee. Moderate hops. The weird finish is both sourish, soapy and "dusty" at the same time.

Brown colour. Roasty aroma with hints of caramel and toffee. Nutty and roasty flavour, hints of smoke and caramel. Nice ashy, smokey, salty and chocolately bitter finish

poured a semi dark color, with a nice full head. for a Scottish ale I was a little disapointed in the flavor. I expect more malt and peat in the flavor. This wasn't bad but was light on those qualities
