22oz bomber pours with a very dark body that supports a tan head of foam. The aroma offers up sweet malts, molasses, dates and figs along with a vague blending of hops in the background that have a citrus gummy bear to black licorice sensation. The taste begins with malts, molasses sweetened dark roasted malts, slivers of burnt malts, toffee and chocolate. This then leads into sweet dark fruity esters midway and into the finish providing yet another facet to the experience. This is a nice sipper where the huge abv is noticeable but restrained for 17%. Overall this seems it needs some time to better integrate.

Panda thanks to Cloin: Poured a deep black with a beige color head. Aroma is boozy, dark fruits, malty, molasses. Taste is super boozy, strong, dark fruits, raisins, malty, brown sugar, molasses, warm heat in the finish.
