Uncle Monty’s is fashioned after traditional English Best Bitter but has its own Pacific Northwest twist. It has an IBU of 40, an OG of 9.3°P and an ABV of 3.6%. But don't confuse its low alcohol content with being a light beer. Uncle Monty's is deep amber in colour and tips the scales towards the bitter and hoppier side of things. The medium body of Uncle Monty's lends itself to pairing well with meaty foods and your neighbourhood pub fare. Beer drinkers will notice grapefruit, passion fruit and mango characteristics as well as notes of caramel. Grab some friends, a handful of darts, and enjoy this session bitter.
