This is our Best Bitter meaning it is a step up from the Pirate Pale Ale but not as strong as the E.S.B.. It is fermented out to a dry finish using a special yeast so the hops are really put on display. Even though the IBUs are not that high, the hop flavor shine. We use English Maris Otter & caramel, German Munich Malts and American Flaked Barley. It is hopped with German Perle & English East Kent Goldings.
