Welly, our Best Bitter, is back and it is truly dialed in. Each iteration of this beer has seen subtle but deliberate changes - loosely starting with the malt, followed by the introduction of whole leaf hops and for this latest batch, some tweaks to the fermentation profile. Seemingly simple, sessionable pub beers are, in our opinion, among the most challenging we make but when things click, it’s wonderful. Sadly, it’s been increasingly hard to find fresh English ales here in the States but we’ll find some solace in a pint of Welly
