Malurus is the product of perhaps the best collaborative brew day ever. We brewed a baby type saison in the regular way, but then added a good dose of freshly smashed Himilayan Salt Lamps. As we racked the ale to the funky oaken puncheons for fermentation, it passed smudging stations of holy white sage.
