This is a golden bitter reminiscent of the sunrise. The tup is the gentleman sheep who will be required for breeding in the autumn and at this time of year he is building up his strength by eating the fresh grasses of spring and summer. This golden brew from the Mount Hood hop is a pleasing 4% ABV with a fresh hoppy taste and those who drink it seem to develop a sense that all is well with the world.
