Our dark bitter. Sitting in the glass it bears a close visual relation to a famous stout from Ireland, held up to the light it has a rich mahogany glow. It has a silky taste resonant of the high amounts of roasted barley in the recipe and both this and the alcohol content mean that we should drink it with respect.
