First Brewed: First brewed May 2001 to celebrate the opening of the new brewhouse. Seems to have withered away a couple of years later. Available: Summer only (hopefully March to October) Light in colour, less bitter and with enhanced top flavour. Brewed using only pale malt with Fuggles in the boil and a very late addition of Goldings. BREWER’S COMMENT: Hooray, hooray the first of May, Outdoor ******* starts today (Old Suffolk Rhyme)
