Tasted on tap at the Celebrator Anniversary Party on 2/20/2011. This wild/sour ale pours a hazy brown color from the tap. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is sour, tart and funky. A medium bodied sour ale. The malts are fruity and tart, fruity and funky. The hops are herbal. Nice Carbonation. A nice balance between the fruit, caramel, tart and funk. This one is in the upper percentile of sourness, but is balance pretty well. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean, crisp and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sour.
