Tasted on tap at Beer Revolution on 5/4/2011. This Belgian Triple pours a cloudy red amber color from the tap. Little to no head. The aroma is dark fruit, tart, funky and sweet. A medium bodied Belgian Ale. The malts are fruity and sweet, a hint of cherry and raisins. The hops are earthy. Fairly tart and sour with grows on you as you go. Some funk and must. A touch of yeast. Decent carbonation, just a touch but it seem enough in this beer. The tartness lingers and kind of intensifies. The brett show up more at the finish. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and dry. Aftertaste is tart and dry.
