For what this is rumored to be (a barreled blend of IRS an scotch ale) it's not as good as I'd expect. Nice enough, mind you, but waaaaaaay down the list of awesomeness at the Stone 16 partay. A bit tart on the nose and a hint of vinegar in the flavor. Not off putting at all, but I'd have prefreed a cleaner barreling for this style of beer. Big and smooth...flavors of the base beers a little mashed together on this one...
