On tap at the brewery in Normal. This was one of those classic examples of where you can be thankful that the bartender did NOT know what he was doing. He poured me a 16 oz glass of the barleywine where it clearly should be in a sniffer. It was after he had poured it, he realized what he did. Too late! Pours a clear but dark copper. Sweet, malt spice and pepper up front. Caramel and big hops on the palate as well as the nose. Well balanced, big in the mouth. Really nice beer.
