Found this on at my local "organic" grocery store. The brewer describes the brew be as a "medium brown" of which I must agree. Texture is medium, sweetness if medium, alcohol is moderate, flavor is there but for from outstanding in either quality or quantity. All in all not a bad brew, just not anything to get excited about.
