Brewed in the heart of Pictland, this beer celebrates one of the most important figures in British history. Brude is the name given to a number of Pictish kings. The most famous, Brude mac Bili, led the Picts to victory against the Angles at Nechtansmere in 685. A stone in Aberlemno churchyard commemorates the victory. Tasting Notes – a fruity session bitter, brewed with Alford oatmeal.
