Bottle (thanks hanniku!). Hazy golden colour with mediumsized off-white fluffy head. Leaves some lace. Aroma is peaches, zest, some bittery fruityness as well as some grassyness as well. Flavour is very bittery fruity and floral notes along with some mild toffee and grass.

Bottle at Monks Café Wallingatan, Stockholm. Generously shared by the bartender. Cloudy dark yellow appearance with a small white head. Dryish, crisp and quite hoppy aroma of peaches, grapefruit, resin and cat-pee (Simcoe!). Light-bodied with crisp and a bit yeasty notes of grass, grapefruit and dried apricots. Dryish and crisp mouthfeel. Long medium-bitter and dryish finish of grass, cat-pee, peaches and resin. Wow, nice stuff at only 3.5% ABV. But then it’s dry hopped with Simcoe.... Tasty!
