Bottle, courtesy of RichTheVillan (cheers Rich!), pours with a clear copper body that supports a micro thin light tan head of foam. The aroma offers up an intense bouquet of notes such as plum, anise, red apple, spicy cinnamon. Wow. The taste delivers similar strong notes of brown sugar stewed plums, ripe red apple, spicy anise and some cinnamon. Wow. This is smooth and rich and a terrific sipper.
