750 poured into a chalice - no carbonation, so I'm thinking this is a bad bottle. Vinegary smell, very little cherry or funky brett aroma like expected. Thin mouthfeel, sharply acidic with no carbonation. Vingary taste, again little tartness or sourness. I'm thinking the bottle was releasing air and got oxidized. Shame, as I was really looking forward to this.
