Rated in Nov. 2020. 0.75L bottle pours with a deep dark mahogany colored body that supports a thin ring of tan bubbles. The aroma offers up molasses and dates blended with sweet bourbon and then a variety of reduced sugars steeped in booze. The taste delivers smooth sweet slick malts, molasses and prunes flowing toward smooth supple sweet bourbon. To midway and into the finish notes of caramel candy, sweet earthy and subtly spicy dates and a fair amount of boozy heat join in to take this to a rewarding conclusion. Really nice sipper. Wow!
