Tasted at the big “SeaBass has got to go” tasting. Big big thanks to bvc for sending me this brew. It pours copper with gold hues and white head. The aroma is full with mango, citrus, grapefruit, a little pineapple and then mild molasses covered spicy oak. The taste is pretty bright and mildly sour to tart citrus hops going from grapefruit hop flavor, mango and tangelo to tarter citrus hop bitter notes to midway. Toward the finish it becomes tart and a bit yeasty and then dries out some with lingering citrus tartness and citrus sour notes hanging on for a good long while. Yummy
