This NW style sour blond ale was barrel aged seven months before additionally aging on 265 pounds of white cherries for four months and spiced with vanilla and a little cinnamon. Cherry, spice and hints of marshmallow and sweet candy are noticed up front. Vanilla, cherry, light spice and notes of sweet pineapple roll across the palate. The finish is of tart cherries and subtle spicing with lingering candy and vanilla.
