Peaches and Cream, a preview of our 2016 Peach project with a slight twist. This blend of sour wheat, spiced blond and spiced quad ales was aged for up to 23 months in oak wine and bourbon barrels with Northwest-grown peaches and a late infusion of vanilla beans. It offers wonderful fresh peach fruit flavors and is complemented by complex bourbon oak notes and vanilla cream sweetness (7.8% ABV).
